For the further growth of our digital commerce software company, we are looking for an HR Manager full-time or part-time that both loves to recruit new employees and can build an HR management function from scratch.

Tasks
  • Build and lead our HR function and HR team
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruit new employees
  • Be the go-to contact for our team members and managers to support them in all HR and team related matters
  • Set the base for our new colleagues by creating an outstanding onboarding
  • Manage the whole employee lifecycle
  • Drive talent management and people development by organising team trainings and individual coaching
  • Develop and execute our employer branding strategy to attract the best talents
  • Embody and live our company values and culture and strengthen it with the team leaders and culture building elements
  • Build recruiting team over time
  • Budget responsibility for recruiting
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years work experience in HR
  • Degree in business administration, economics, psychology, or a similar field with focus on HR
  • Experience in recruiting and people development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience or interest in a (tech) startup in a fast-growing phase is definitely a plus
  • Basic knowledge of European labour and social security laws
  • Work in a structured and self-responsible way in a distributed company environment
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in modern online recruitment channels
  • Fluent in business English, German is a plus
