HR Manager International Services f/m

We are looking for a motivated person to join the HR Services International Team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new Entities, Global Mobility Topics, Administrative Tasks for 26 different countries and around 650 employees and much more. It is a great opportunity to gain more knowledge about the different local HR topics. The role offers you a lot of flexibility and the option of working from home.

What you will do
  • Working on many different international HR Projects
  • Setting up new entities / branches in countries
  • Responsible for Global Mobility Topics e.g. International Assignment, Business Traveler and Split Contracts
  • Responsible for monthly payroll processes in the different countries
  • HR support for 26 countries within Europe, Singapore and US
  • Working with external providers on local labor law topics for the different countries
  • Independently manage the employee entry and exit process
  • Administrate changes to an employee’s function and working conditions
  • Independently manage the monthly FTE reporting and any other HR reports requested by management
  • Annual Compensation Cycle (Salary & Bonus processes)

What you bring & who you are
  • Basic commercial education and continuing education in HR (Bachelor/Master or advanced studies in HR)
  • Several years of working experience in an international environment and/or multinational company, in the field of HR
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures and in an international, dynamic environment
  • Good skills in MS Office and SAP HCM
  • Business fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent working method and willingness to learn
  • Ability to prioritize, anticipate and meet deadlines with strong attention to details
