Your mission
  • Responsible for the applicant management system
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Execute the first-round interviews
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization (given HR group advise)
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Employer Branding
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Supervising departments in regards of talent & organizational development
Your profile
  • Completed further training to become an HR specialist or a degree in business administration, psychology or similar
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Professional experience as HR Manager
  • Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills, assertiveness
  • Strategic way of thinking
  • Solution oriented & agile
  • Experience with employee management
