The Company
ArrowResources AG is a global commodity trading house headquartered in Switzerland and is seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join its rapidly growing business. We are recruiting a dynamic HR Project Manager to join our team as a permanent member of staff. The candidate will be reporting directly to the Group Head of Staff in Switzerland. The ArrowResources group of companies is an integrated commodities trading house, actively trading base metals, concentrates, ores, natural gas, LNG, power, crude oil and oil products.
Job Purpose
The individual will provide a centralized HR service for all ArrowResources group companies. The primary objective of the role will be to support the business to deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy across the company, aligned with the law.
The individual will need to demonstrate experience of working in a pressurized and delivery-focused environment. The candidate will be expected to operate within a small team but also under their own initiative to service a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and support the stakeholders, what to expect to, with regards to the M&A process and priorities and play a key role as the HR Expert in making strategic decisions (HRIS & Payroll setup, employee matters, budget, change management, integration, purchase agreements, due diligence …), by keeping the best interest of ArrowResources and the acquired/divested unit in mind.
  • Deep dive into all HR related topics, including but not limited to: labor law, benefits, compensation, HR governance, HRIS, payroll, pensions, culture, communication, GDPR, talent acquisition and people development.
  • Built change management plan for changes.
  • Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to appropriate management staff.
  • Collects information and data to assess cost and policy implications of contract negotiations and disputes. This may include management and union proposals, pay scales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigating circumstances.
  • Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to human resource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collects information and reports results to Human Resources Director.
  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to EEO, affirmative action, collective bargaining, unions, labor relations, and human resources.
  • Assists with preparation of documents and records required for contract negotiations, meetings, and negotiations with employee and labor organizations.
  • Facilities information and marketplace data around wages, pension, job classification and necessary data points to facilitate.
  • Sit as second seat at negotiations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Analyze the separation/ harmonization/ integration approach, prepare for HR risks and cost assessments including mitigation strategies.
  • Advise on retention/performance grants, key talent approach and ensure that ArrowResources HR policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and Implement learning and development policy.
  • Drafting and implementing employment agreement templates and compensation and benefits policies.
  • Develop and manage talent and succession planning for Senior Management and Executives.
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
  • Manage the performance management and review process.
Skills / Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in human resources or relevant qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR M&A, either as HRBP, Manager or project manager.
  • Solid track record in working for a global organization.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes/policies and how they need to be managed throughout M&A projects.
  • Excellent project management skills, promoting a structured but flexible approach.
  • Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders and convincing communication, relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Business acumen and a passion for M&A.
  • Pragmatic problem solver, keeping short- and long-term impact of decisions in mind.
  • Advanced knowledge of English, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint/Teams.
  • Flexible to work in different time zones.
