The key responsibilities of the Recruitment Assistant will be to co-ordinate the preregistration to post registration of candidates. You will manage the operations of the team and processes to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will be the first point of contact for all the candidates :

Give a strong support to the TA team from the screening to the reference checks

Make sure that each and every candidate receive a feedback on their application

Database and personnel file maintenance

Managing the recruitment email address

Ensure the job posting on the HR System

Coordinate personality tests and assessment

Description du profil

The ideal HR Recruitment Assistant (Hybrid Working) will have the following skills/qualities:

Demonstrable experience within HR Administration duties or general administration experience
Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
English fluency, French a plus
High level organisational and administrative skills, with a problem-solving attitude
Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment, with the ability to multi task and prioritise
