Workday HR Reporting Specialist

Experis is the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an HR Reporting Specialist who has knowledge of Workday to join a long term project based in Zurich.

This is a 12 month contract based in Zurich

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyse, design, develop and deliver Workday HCM reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs and key metrics in all topics along the HR life cycle
  • Define, implement and maintain calculated fields
  • Work closely with internal customers to gather requirements and define reporting and analytics solutions
  • Define and implement governance and documentation framework for Workday reports and calculated fields
  • Bring Workday HR Reporting & Analytics capabilities with innovative solutions and automation to the next level
  • Continuously follow Workday community and learn about updates and new releases
  • Share knowledge within the team and train internal consumers in the context of Workday reporting and analytics
Your Skills
  • Good knowledge of Workday HCM
  • Advanced Workday Report Writer knowledge
  • Experienced with all Workday report types (Advanced, Composite, Matrix, nBox, Search, Transposed, Trending) and functionalities offered
  • Experienced with advanced Workday reporting capabilities such as Dashboards and Prism Analytics
  • English language skills are essential, German knowledge is a plus.
