  • Applicant management and recruitment of different profiles and levels
  • Direct support of employees in the onboarding phase
  • Close cooperation with the line in the recruitment process
  • Independent management of HR projects
Outlook for broader scope of duties in the future with additional tasks:
  • Supervision of assigned areas/departments from A-Z
  • Direct support of employees in all phases of the employee cycle
  • Actively shaping and continuously optimising processes and structures within the HRM department
Hardskills
  • Completed training with a federal HR professional certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable function
  • Solid experience in recruiting, ideally of technical profiles
  • Experience with SAP R3 is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German
  • Good knowledge of English
