Your field of responsibility


The opportunity to contribute directly and meaningfully to strategic HR projects and initiatives, partnering with the business, HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts and our AM HR Management team. The responsibility to lead our HR strategy and roadmap, consisting of a range of initiatives linked to culture, leadership, recruiting, onboarding, development and retention. You will provide AM HR business and executive support around team communication, town hall presentations, management committee materials and analysis. You will have broad and frequent exposure with the business and HR across all seniorities, as well as practical involvement around a number of HR subject areas. This is a chance for you to work closely with our data scientist team to derive data driven insights to strengthen strategic HR advisory and to help steer delivery of our HR Strategy in 2022 and beyond.

Your skills and experience


A seasoned project manager with an understanding around a broad range of HR practices

  • A minimum of six years of professional experience in HR strategy/project management, optimally with an understanding around a broad range of HR practices
  • You have proven competence to independently coordinate and handle projects in a sophisticated environment in combination with a distinct economic understanding including a long-term focus around context and opportunities
  • A passion for thinking strategically and aligning business priorities to drive an impactful Human Capital agenda on a global scale
  • Strong data analysis skills and interest, as well as experience in formulating meaningful hypotheses
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
  • Strong stakeholder management and supervisory skills and experiences
  • High flexibility and the ability to be resilient under pressure and to prioritize
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to drive completion of deliverables
  • A dedicated problem-solver with a positive, empathetic personality who loves to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface and connect with the senior management
  • Proficiency in English, German is a plus
