CONTEXT

We are looking for an intern to assist the HRIS Talent and Experience team in deploying and designing our Employee Listening and Volunteering tools across Brands and Regions for a 6-month period.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As the HRIS People Engagement Intern, you will be in charge of:

Partner with the HR People Engagement team to support employees’ listening surveys by managing the feed of data from our HRIS system into the platform and assuring all needed demographics are available.
Supporting the HR People Engagement team deploying Employee Listening tools and our Volunteering platform across Maisons, Functions and Regions.
Support Maisons, Region, Function and the HR People Engagement team on the technical usage of the tools, mainly through raising and coordinating tickets to Developer teams to get data from our HRIS system to other systems and connecting with other IT stakeholders for Integrations, SSO, Data Analytics.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You are an excellent communicator, rigorous and able to anticipate needs with a strong sense of initiative, and a good team spirit.
You are organized and love to be challenged to solve problems. You are client oriented and open-minded, and like to connect the dots between different tools using API’s.
You are motivated to be a key player in making the workplace environment better for everyone and to contribute positively to the sense of purpose at work.
You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
