Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the implementation of our new HR ERP: from determination of needs to offer evaluation up to deployment and implementation of the system
  • You write programs and scripts for user-friendly interfaces and functionalities
  • You run diagnostic tests, resolve performance issues
  • You are first point of contact to collaborate with other ERP process streams to ensure proper incorporation of integration points
  • You provide end-user trainings for the ERP system, document ERP processes, and give technical support
  • You ensure industry, legal and security compliance

Your experiences

  • 8+ years’ experience within HRIS, other HR (or non-HR) systems, ideally combined with strong experience in HR processes and project management
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with proven track record of deliverables and high accuracy
  • Very good understanding of business processes, HR compliance and regulations
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and facilitating personality with a strong affinity for customer satisfaction
  • Fluency in English; German and other European languages are a plus
