Your Opportunity

As HSE Specialist you report directly to the Plant Director and have a functional collaboration with Group HSE Manager.

You oversee all health, security and environmental issues of our production site in Mendrisio, Switzerland.

Your activities: analyzing and implementing the adjustments resulting from the promulgation of new laws and regulations, resolve the requirements and non-conformities that emerged during internal or external audits, collect and process the data resulting from the operational control.

Who You Are

You are a professional who can master manufacturing and operational issues, passionate about fashion and luxury products.

You Have

• Master’s Degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience in the role;
• Training in Federal Occupational Safety Specialist - CFSL safety expert;
• Knowledge of ISO 450001 and 14001 management systems;
• Project management skills;
• Strong analytical & reporting skills;
• Ability to translate quantitative data into solid information for internal customers;
• Problem solving skills;
• Communication skills;
• Ability to build relationship with a diverse group of business partners;
• Ability to work under pressure and sense of urgency;
• Precision, detail oriented;
• Fluency in Italian and English.
