For this reason, we are looking for a motivated Human Resources Manager to join our office in Zurich, Switzerland. You will join the External Human Resources team (Hero Growth) and will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for the cleaning agents in the German part of Switzerland and managing the recruitment team.

Tasks

Your Mission
  • Coach the cleaning agent recruitment team in Zurich (3 people)
  • Manage the end to end cleaning agent recruitment process
  • Handle employee issues
  • Report to the Human Resources Manager
  • Provide employee feedback with the goal to improve quality of work
  • Manage projects with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and skills development
Requirements

Your weapons
  • Fluent in German and English is a must
  • Having a driving power to motivate the team
  • Willing to be challenged and go the extra mile
  • Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and out of the box thinking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fast learner and focused on self-improvement
  • Ability to manage projects and multitask at scale
  • An analytical mindset with a keen eye for details
