You’ll be responsible for the entire HR operations including end to end recruitment for our Switzerland area, being the first point of contact for all Sandro family and managing the (administrative) process from starters to leavers and everything in-between.

Speaking French, english & german is needed.

What you’ll bring:

You have three to five years of experience owning and executing the full employee cycle from start to finish (ideally in an international and fast-growing company).

You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related work experience.

You have experience in advising in (basic) employee matters.

You have an accurate and detail-oriented mindset in order to support the business and HR priorities.

You’re able to handle confidential information with care while remaining friendly and approachable.

The mission are organised on recruitment, administration, payroll, on boarding, disicplinary, training etc...

You have experience with Switzerland & department procedures and full ownership of the absence management process.

You have in-depth knowledge of Switzerland labor/social laws.

You have excellent communication skills in English, Germand & French: both written and spoken.

Flexible to travel to stores Switzerland.
