Description

We are looking for the HR Director for the EMEA region to inspire our vibrant and talented HR team (~40) and partner with the business through an organizational and cultural transformation. This transformation will create opportunity for growth and development as Corteva continues to drive innovation in the agriculture segment.

As the EMEA HR Director you will shape the overarching HR strategy for the region in alignment with the global HR strategy and be part of the Global HR Leadership Team where you will guide thoughtful decisions around HR and People at a global level.

You will have a dual hat as HR Director for the EMEA region and HR Business Partner for the regional Commercial Organization where Corteva has physical presence in 44 countries (31 Europe and 13 Africa Middle East).

Reporting to our CHRO and Chief Diversity Officer you will partner with various stakeholder groups within HR and you will serve as a key member of the EMEA Commercial and Cross Functional Leadership team providing strong partnership on Talent, People, ID&E and Business strategy for the region.

You Will Be Part of Growing Team
  • Serve as a key member of the Global HRLT, EMEA Commercial and Cross Functional LT teams.
  • Together with the regional President - you will chair the European Works Council.
  • Manage a team of ~40 with a direct team composed of Northern, Southern, Central/Eastern and AME HR Leaders Switzerland HR
  • Dotted line oversight of EMEA Rewards, Talent and Talent Acquisition teams and key influencer in respective activities.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of combined experience in HR Partner role or related roles.
  • Experience managing, inspiring and developing a team.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong collaboration working cross-functionally and in a multicultural matrix environment.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and work with a variety of stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
