THE ROLE
We are looking for an intern for our HR department. The position is located at our Geneva office.
Targeted start date is August 1, 2021 for a duration of 6 months.

The Human Resources Intern will directly report to the HR Business Partner, where he/she will work on a wide range of projects related to HR policies and procedures, compliance, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, HR digitalization and employee benefits programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the HR Business Partners in daily activities (mail distribution, creation of new employee files, filing, etc…) Assist the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures Participate in the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes and drafting contracts The intern will be in charge of various tasks and projects relating to business improvement activities in areas such as IT/Systems, Marketing, Digitalization, Learning & Development and employee engagement (ie. remodeling of the HR intranet, redesign and optimization of onboarding kit and emails, update of all HR documentation with new information) In charge of the internal communication and use of our internal social media

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate would be/have: Pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent level qualifications in HR or newly graduated Provided with a strong digital background and with the ability to develop and propose innovative digital solutions Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and all internet applications Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of profiles Project management, excellent organizational and planning skills Good communication skills Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment Strong proactivity, attention to details and great discretion is a must Fluent in English and in French. Any additional language a plus.
