For our client in Kuesnacht we are looking for a highly motivated and driven Human Resource Leader. You will be responsible for managing the Kuesnacht office with around 90 employees and Senior Management and responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Advise senior management on organizational development and employee relations
  • Provide guidance to employees and local managers on the full HR employee cycle
  • Manage headcount processes and job function structure
  • Ensure compliance with the HR policies and processes
  • Participate in the HR European Core Team to align on regional HR topics
  • Manage regional HR projects
  • Collaborate with Talent Management and L&D
  • Responsible for leading Payroll and HR Operations

Your Profile:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Min of 5-year experience in HR Business Partner role
  • Willingness and ability to work in an international matrix and multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, high energy level, drive
  • Confidence in working with senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law, payroll, and social security
  • Fluent English & German
