The Order & Finance Platform is one of the streams in our Supply Finance & Navigation Roadmap (SFNR) and it is about creating a harmonised Digital core platform where orders and financials can be managed in an automated and inclusive way. It will deliver capabilities, processes and technologies that will standardise, simplify, automate, and modernise order and financial management in the Inter IKEA Group Supply Chain.


Job description


The Implementation Manager is responsible for the deliveries from the programme, securing excellent cooperation between IKEA implementation team, Implementation Partner and Legacy partner. Together with the rest of the Programme management you will secure a successful implementation of the OFP scope and business benefits.

The Implementation Manager enables a foundation for our new Order & Finance Platform (OFP) by leading the implementation together with the lead implementation partner. Ensures operational excellence of the delivery through a successful partnership with stakeholders (internal & external), project management skills and with IKEA values close to heart. The role is part of the OFP Programme Management and will be key for the success of the Programme.

Further more you will be one of the key roles for the Order & Finance Platform success where it is a high need for flexibility, strategic and operational understanding, programme management skills and creating a fantastic team spirit. The tasks is to be very focused on the deliveries out of the programme but also include a variety of topics being part of the programme management.

By being part from the beginning, the responsibilities will follow the programme journey from initiation to the successful end delivery and handover/closure of the programme.


Qualification


To be successful in this role you need to have/be:

  • Very good knowledge in Project Management for larger implementations
  • Strong knowledge and experience of driving ERP implementations.
  • Good knowledge in IKEA Processes and Way of Working or similar experience from a large global Retailer and/or Wholesaler.
  • Passion of leading Business and IT together
  • Enable delivery by motivating others to reach the same goal
  • Knowledge and experience in Change Management
  • Ability to lead with a problem-solving approach
  • Passion for IKEA, specifically Supply Chain
  • Passion for delivering values out of complex implementation.
  • Motivated of building trust in teams and partnerships to reach common goals.
  • Passion about strategic initiative with a lot of possibility to influence.
  • Passion for details and excellence in operations
