Our client is a major industrial company based in Neuchatel area.Responsibilities:

Contribute to the month-end controlling and reporting processes related to the industrial operations
Ensure the monitoring and controlling of the production costs and analysis of the production variances
Lead the preparation of ad-hoc analysis on the production costs with explanations and suggestions to the Production team to improve the efficiency
Provide support in the budget and forecast preparation related to the industrial operations
Contribute to the maintenance of the inventory control systems and the obsolescence calculation
Conduct the assessment of industrial capex
Develop and implement best practices to the production entities
Support the Production team through the preparation and the analysis of business cases

Profile:

Degree in Finance/Accounting/Controlling
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Business controlling
Advanced knowledge of SAP is mandatory
Ability to manage communications with different stakeholders across the organizations
Self-starter with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
Proven critical thinker with strong analytical skills
Fluent in French & English
