Job Summary:

Industrial Strategy Sales Director, Europe, is responsible for leading partnership engagements to facilitate sales across all telehealth solutions (aligned to the MSN family of products and any future products where Masimo’s solutions or partner solutions will integrate to meet the customers end need). The Industrial Strategy Sales Director will use organizational expertise in engage with the sales organization, then with partner and supplier organizations to identify and finalize agreements to enable the selling of Masimo’s MSN and connected hospital to home products. This manager will partners closely with Sales leadership, marketing leadership, engineering, legal and finance to enable a strong model for engaging and finalizing successful agreements resulting in sales in B2B2C and B2C.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Identify customer solutions that require a partnership/supplier approach and formalize an engagement methodology to effectively meet the customer’s needs, maintain Masimo’s product integrity, monetize the engagement and structure the engagement in a scalable model
  • Engage with partners for deploying Masimo’s home solutions to partners who facilitate client engagement beyond the traditional healthcare structure (for example employer plans, insurance, travel, security, elder care, etc)
  • Engage with partners who have deployed solutions and are seeking a monitoring solution to engage via onboarding our sensors and parameters from our cloud
  • Engage with partners who offer client services (for example remote care centres)
  • Partner closely with Masimo Acute Care and Physicians Sales Leadership
  • Work across countries and regions to scale solutions by market with a holistic approach
  • Partner closely with Home and Telehealth Strategic Director
  • Partner closely with Marketing Director
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Engineering and Contracts teams
  • Partner closely with Marketing Leadership to develop effective demand generation programs;
  • Establish key performance indicators for the business;
  • Educate and work with stakeholders across the business and with our partners to implement the strategy, initiatives and programs;
  • Ensure effective and frequent internal communication of key initiatives;
Qualifications
  • 10 + years Sales experience in a related field;
  • Proven ability to successfully design contracts to maximize role clarity, minimize risk and ensure profits
  • Demonstrated ability to engage partners, to identify projects and create statements of work
  • Proven ability to model partner engagements to achieve a successful selling model and P&L
  • High level analytical skills required to identify and validate opportunities;
  • Strong collaboration skills needed to communicate, refine and advocate for solutions;
  • Proven history of delivering on new product launches;
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal and experience presenting to a high-level audience;
  • Proven success with launching new categories and new commercial business models.

  • Proven success in the securing of new business from market research and commercial solution development;
  • Broad knowledge of consumer/patient health segments and commercial operations;
  • Skilled at identifying, developing and presenting commercially attractive business opportunities, both internally and to potential customers;
  • Strong stakeholder and customer management ability.
  • MBA preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business.
