Industry | Legal Counsel | Temp. 6-9 months | Rolle & Remote| Immediately | 60-100% | CHF 120’000+

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, draft, review and amend contracts in the industry sector
  • Support the legal team in recall management issues
  • Monitor applicable laws, regulations, and policies
  • Advise in all aspects of corporate governance
  • Coordinate with outside legal counsel

Experience:

  • Resident of Switzerland
  • Fluency in English, French is a plus
  • Completed MLaw, Swiss bar admission is a plus
  • Proven experience in contract law and corporate governance
  • At least 3 years of PQE as an In-House Counsel within industry or in a law firm
