In this exciting role you analyse the requirements of the business and stakeholders to design a proper content strategy. You work closely with information architects to ensure that the content can support the desired customer experience.

Further your new challenges will include:

• Building the information product models, component models, metadata, reuse strategies, and workflow
• Understanding the technology and the processes of modern CCMS (component content management system) and the overall system architecture involved in the content creation process
• Implementing content models in the various tools, including programming, and supporting stylesheets to meet specifications provided by the information architect

Additional requirements may include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Journalism, Communication or Technical communication
• Excellent analytical skills including analytical problem solving, costumer needs and content analysis
• Ability to manage complex projects, and be a driver in change management processes
• Expertise in handling the technology of the system used for content creation (CCMS plus other needed)
• Proficiency in a wide variety of tools, technologies and languages, including XML and structured Authoring architecture like Dita or Docbook
• Understanding of IT System architecture, data model and information elements
• Knowledge about regional norms and regulations
• Good language skills in English (C1), German is a plus
