Joining a dynamic Global Information Security team, the successful candidate will be supporting a range of operational security activities including non-standard application requests, security reviews, and incident response.

The role:

  • Being a first line responder for information security requests and events
  • Support IT teams to manage operational security tasks, such as legal support and exception requests
  • Identify gaps between security standards and their implementations
  • Collaborate with a range of IT teams to understand and close out identified security gaps and issues
  • Create condensed security reports for IT management
  • Support our security programmes, such as phishing training, the rollout of new security tools
  • Support in incident response and investigations, for example with malicious emails or fraud attempts

Our ideal person:

  • Have a can-do and positive attitude with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
  • Being able to juggle multiple tasks, own actions, deliver quality results and document knowledge and processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to conduct root-cause analysis and summarise results
  • Good collaboration skills (working across teams and depts.)
  • Strong interest in IT and security developments

Minimum requirements:

  • Graduate degree in IT, preferably in information / IT security
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in an IT department, ideally for a large organisation
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, like ISO2700x, NIST and COBIT
  • A good understanding of Windows environments and networking technologies and Cloud services
  • Adept in English with strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Other European languages a plus
