Responsibilities
  • Mise au point de processus, recherche de paramètres, DOE
  • Rédaction de procédures opérationnelles, formation des opérateurs
  • Validations d’équipements et processus, IQ-OQ PQ
  • Assure le support de production pour le démarrage en production
  • Analyse de problèmes. Définition de solutions et d’actions. Suivi de plans d’actions
  • Gestion de non-conformités (NC-NR)
  • Soumission et approbation de Change Orders dans le système PLM
  • Traitement des NC-NR
  • Décisions concernant des choix techniques sur les projets
  • Décisions concernant les aspects Sécurité / Environnement
  • Décisions concernant le déroulement de projet en tant que leader
  • Formation des opérateurs sur les équipements et processus
Qualifications
  • Diplôme Universtaire/Bachelor ou titre jugé équivalent dans les domaines industriels suivants :
  • Médical
  • Micro.Technique, Mécanique
  • Expérience du monde médical et des validations
  • Connaissance de l’assurance qualité
  • Connaissance des Normes Qualité / Sécurité / Environnement relatives à son domaine technique.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projet.
  • Maitrise de l’anglais, parlé et écrit
