For our location in Portugal, our headquarter in Kreuzlingen / Switzerland or remote from the home office we are looking as soon as possible for a As in-house consultant, you will be responsible for the versatile and challenging task of further developing the SAP BW/BI environment. In addition to conceptualization, identifying solutions and planning new business requirements, you will also oversee process consulting and implementation.

The scope of responsibility of the in-house consultant also includes ensuring proper functionality of our software as well as analyzing and removing possible malfunctions in daily operations (1st and 2nd level support). You will also plan and execute trainings for key users and end users. Finally, you will be responsible for designing and realizing a medium to long-term BW/BI strategy regarding data modeling and data harmonization.

Required experience and skills:
  • a degree in Computer Sciences or Business Informatics and/or similar vocational training
  • min. 3 years of professional experience as in-house consultant SAP BW/BO
  • superior skills in SAP BW and in-depth knowledge about business objects (backend and frontend)
  • previous programming experience in ABAP
  • German to mother-tongue standard
  • great communicator with the ability to assert him/herself while being a team player
  • self-reliant worker who is eager to perform and can handle stress
  • knowledge of business processes in trade business, ideally the textile industry, desirable
