Job Description

We are looking for an Inhouse Consultant HRIS to expand our HRIS team as part of the Corporate IT Business Application department. You will be able to work independently and with a strong customer-focus as you are part of the journey from SAP/HCM (on-premise) to the SuccessFactors cloud.
Our HR-IT journey will move our corporate SAP/HCM system to SuccessFactors, acting as new global HR core system with connection / interfaces to local payroll systems.
  • Self-reliant realization of HR-IT projects with focus on SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting etc.)
  • Together with your colleagues you develop the future HR-IT landscape in cooperation with Corporate HR
  • Coordinating the development and creating of interfaces between HR systems and other internal/external systems
  • Point of contact for our users to provide exemplary support for complex tasks
  • Responsibility for the whole project life cycle, ranging from the analysis of the requirements via the creation of concepts, to implementation and go live of the tested solution for SAP/HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, operation, and ongoing administration of our SuccessFactors Platform in close collaboration with the HR counterpart
  • Act as the Straumann group-wide system administrator for all SuccessFactors modules incl. Employee Central, together with the HR counterpart

Qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of business management and technology as well as several years of hands-on SuccessFactors and SAP/HCM implementation experience
  • Preferably experience with at least one end-to-end project for roll out of Employee Central or other SuccessFactors modules in a company (concept, implementation, testing, training, hypercare)
  • Experience in implementing interfaces from SuccessFactors to other systems
  • Continuous learning comes naturally to you and you enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics & trends and new HR systems
  • You have a high degree of independence and a self-reliant way of working
  • Your professional communication skills in English (oral and written) are fluent. German language skills would be a plus
  • You are willing to occasionally travel (10 – 15%)
  • You are known for your strong analytical skills and connected way of thinking
  • You are a true team player, flexible, resilient, and customer-oriented
Additional Information

This position reports to the Head of SAP/HCM and is based at the Corporate Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland.
