We are looking for an experienced Initiative Leader who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on a new challenge. You will join the Personal Health Care Europe Product Supply sub-team (Project Management Office) which consists of Initiative Leaders delivering successful innovations to grow the brands and that improve everyday consumer life.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the multifunctional team and activities of a multi-functional team to develop and execute a comprehensive initiative plan to deliver in-market success. This includes clarifying business objectives and expectations, effectively framing and communicating issues to drive decision making, guiding the initiative team to deliver on-time Technical and Commercial, and Market readiness, and building multifunctional innovation management capabilities.

• 
  Demonstrate curiosity for business, passion for winning, discipline & structure, agility, and ability to engage and influence a variety of functions/organizations.
  
• Develop and coordinate interdependent activities mapping across commercial teams (Brand, Sells organization, Markets), and technical teams (QA, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, R&D, Engineering, Supply) interdependencies. Identify and enable the activities on the critical path for Speed to Market.
  
• Identify and take actions on issues, risks, opportunities and recommend next steps to deliver objectives and improve results.
  
• Be responsible for the decision and alignment process for the initiative’s project, establishing an effective network across the multi-functional stakeholders from design to deliver.

Qualifications

Apply if you have:

• 
  A Master Degree ideally within a Manufacturing, R&D or Pharma related field.
  
• Experience of successful management of broad projects.
  
• Confirmed experience of planning and executing an innovation base plan and leading the development and schedule that integrates the activities of multiple functions.
  
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills to influence others and collaborate within complementary teams.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and negotiating skills.
  
• Ambitious and a real passion for building strong multi-functional partner relationships
  
• Experience in product supply (Markets, Manufacturing) or R&D is a plus.
  
• Fluency in English language.
