Are you an analytical thinker? Do you like to leverage data and analytics to create actionable insights that enhance client experience and support business growth?

We’re looking for a senior Initiative Manager to:
  • drive the build-up of a future-proof business information architecture in our analytical environment leveraging resources across our agile delivery organization and closely collaboration with our CoE’s data management chapter
  • within this analytical environment, further develop standardized client views and profiles required to create personalized digital experiences for our clients
  • establish relationships with senior stakeholders across Global Wealth Management to understand the specific operational and analytical needs of the organization
  • support or (co-)run strategic initiates in the area of AI-driven curation and distribution for sales and marketing and the design and delivery of related front-ends and underlying capabilities
  • provide thought leadership by researching best practices, conducting experiments, and collaborating with industry leaders
  • initiate measures to ensure ethical use of client data along a compelling data promise
Description du profil

  • master degree or equivalent focusing on computer or data science and/or business administration
  • ideally 5 years working as data & analytics specialist within the finance sector
  • knowledge of a broad set of statistical tools, programming languages, visualization tools and advanced analytical methods such as machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
