Responsible for leading and driving to completion a portfolio of innovation projects from idea stage to market launch
Coordinate project teams including both internal and external resources
Apply comprehensive technical knowledge and management experience to identify potential risks while managing cost and time constraints
Support the development of segment innovation strategy through constant innovation, evaluation, and implementation
Actively seek new project ideas through internal and external network to feed the innovation project funnel

Master degree in Engineering with focus on Polymers or Material Science
Minimum 5 years of work experience in polymer industry
Experience in leading large and complex projects
Languages: English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus
Good interpersonal and organizational skills, innovative, open minded
Good communication skills
Motivated team player who is able to work in an international matrix organisation
Readiness to travel up to 20%
