Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Translate market trends, customer requirements and user needs into products and service offerings
• Lead commercial aspects of product and service innovation (e.g. business case analysis)
• Structure and secure partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and technology partners
• Contribute to identify and assess future growth areas for Ypsomed Delivery Systems
• Strategic positioning and external communication of new offerings incl. promotional strategy
• Participation in relevant trade fairs and networking with partners and suppliers
  
  

Ihr Profil

• Team player with entrepreneurial acting, a strong customer orientation and a flair for technology
• Experience in the design, development and commercialization of new products and services
• Ability to structure partnerships and commercial agreements with development partners and pharma
• Proven sales and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills with a positive problem solving attitude
• Experienced in working in a matrix organization
• Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
• Higher education or equivalent studies in business, engineering or natural sciences
