What You’ll Do
  • Deliver measurable improvements to new sales opportunities (leads, sales qualified leads and funnel growth) for Cytiva’s Aseptic Filling Workcells—fully automated, robotic systems for drug product manufacturing.
  • Open new leads using sales enablement tools, with outreach through email, phone and social media interactions.
  • Develop targeted account lists and strategies working with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Pre-qualify sales prospects and schedule sales presentations for the regional sales managers.
  • Implement prospecting tools and systems to launch and improve sales outreach programs.
  • Maintain detailed records of activities and progress in the company’s CRM database.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Cytiva’s Aseptic Filling Workcells.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the target customers—their roles and responsibilities, manufacturing models, drug types, and other aspects relevant to the sales process.
Who You Are
  • Minimum of 2 years selling experience, with biopharma experience being an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, Dutch, or Flemish would be a bonus.
  • Bachelor degree in science, engineering or business.
  • You take strong ownership of your work and can overcome rejection to achieve results. This means you’re great on the phone and in emails.
  • You constantly work to improve your sales methods.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong collaborator with ability to develop rapport within Cytiva and our customers’ organizations, including C-suite, operations and manufacturing leaders, engineers and process scientists.
  • Past experience using a CRM database, including managing target accounts records.
