Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will preferably have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor or College degree
  • Languages: German, English (French/Italian an advantage)
  • Familiarity working independently
  • Flexibility, reliability and resilience
  • Leadership experience
  • Solid personality
  • MS Office knowledge

After the required training, responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Management of two departments - Inside Sales and Sales Operation
  • Training and coaching of new inside sales employees
  • Responsible for the achievement of the sales plan of the back office
  • Management of the sales operation/back office department with four employees
  • Sales organization together with the sales management
  • Reporting performance statistics and controlling performance
  • Supervision of sales negotiations and offers
  • Communication and coordination within the overall sales force
  • Escalation management including internal and external communication
