Institutional Business Operations Agent

In our Business Operations department, you will be working within the Institutional BO team.

Your main tasks :

• Answer and/or coordinate operational requests/issues for mainly institutional or AM clients coming from all client service desks (Institutional Desk HQ, Institutional Business Zurich, and International Offices as Malta, Singapore, or Luxembourg…).
• Investigate day-to-day operational issues from Swissquote Bank partners (Post Finance, WhiteLabel, Correspondent Bank).
• Support Business Operations teams in their requests to external partners.
• Coordinate transfer requests for large institutional clients and liaise with the Securities Specialist, Settlement team and Middle office.
• Analyze client requests with the respective Business Operation teams or Vice Directors.
  
  

• You have an experience in a Back-office Service
• You have a good knowledge in Cash and/or OST
• You are fluent in French and also have very good command of English
• You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
• You have the capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress, and adapt in a continuously changing environment
• You have a good communication, you are reliable and capable to prioritize
• You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
