As Integration Services Programme Director, you will assure global Integration Services business performance. You will be accountable to direct how the Integration Services framework, governance, best practice and performance management will be implemented, adopted and continuously improved across the business.

Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, Delivery and Integration Services Practices, you will serve as the owner of SITA’s Integration Services Practices.

What You Will Do

  • Leads the implementation of Integration Services best practices across the organization including
  • Define requirements for effective Integration Services engagements including business standards and processes for Sales, Delivery and Operations phases of the Customer lifecycle;
  • Implement and continually improve the defined standards and processes;
  • Drive awareness of the Dual Operating Model with emphasis on the decision criteria for Product or Integrations Services opportunities to improve scope management during the customer lifecycle; and,
  • Facilitate P&L performance and utilization reporting.
  • Promote and drive strong Integration Service practices in SITA from both a Customer Experience and Business Performance perspective;
  • Establish governance and assess adoption and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and enhance the customer experience;
  • Ensure continual alignment of all Integration Services practices as part of the Dual Operating model by identifying the interdependencies with the Product model;
  • Direct how the Integration Services Practice function will be seen by all stakeholders across the organization;
  • Facilitate the definition of key Software Engineering Standards and associated governance and adoption across SITA’s development teams as well as 3rd party development teams;
  • Establish and implement project management practices, governance and adoption for Proof of Concepts for Products and Pilots for Integration Services; and,
  • Collaborate with the Profession Leaders for Customer Solutions to ensure Business Consultants and Analysts have the needed development and training to properly identify and document customer requirements.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or Information Technology majors
  • 7+ years of oversight for large scale implementations that include software and system integration in a customer environment
  • 7+ years managing teams with proven process and governance implementation experience
  • 7+ years managed system integration projects with full budget responsibility in a commercial environment
  • 7 + years managing Integration Services business on global or multi- country scale
  • Strong capability to inspire people in an international environment and across different functions
  • Strong Financial and Business management acumen
  • Strong ability to drive program success within a complex multi-stakeholder organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to effectively communicate with senior level executives, key stakeholders and customers
  • Outstanding customer service skills with attention to detail and effective follow-through
  • Ability to give compelling presentations to senior executives, key stakeholders and customer Proficiency with MS Office.
