Job Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for an Internship in the Varian Intelligent Data Analyticsteam team to work closely with the Global Customer Support Serviceteam to explore and visualize business data for the global Service organization.

As an Intern Business Intelligence Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• You should have up-to-date knowledge in business analysis and preferably already experience of working in Agile, DevOps environments.
• Gathering, analyzing, visualizing, documenting and validating the needs and requirements of business stakeholders
• Be able translate business requirements into technical visualizations and documentation
• Knowledge and experience with business related KPIs
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team are essential to ensure that business needs are translated into user stories that enable the incremental delivery of value.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Bachelor or Master in a related discipline
• PowerBI Data visualization
• DAX coding
• Database and data modelling know-how
• Familiarity with agile work environments and agile methodology
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• You are interested in the Customer Service Business
