You should have the following skills/experience:

• College/University/Master degree in Engineering
• Aptitude and Interest in manufacturing equipment and business processes.
• Hands-on approach, teamwork attitude, problem-solving oriented, naturally curious
• Highly motivated, independent and self-learner
• Good critical thinking
• Ability to work with and organize information, system thinking
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English speaking and writing

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint proficient user)

You will join the Engineering Solutions Team on an exciting journey through the technological development we are leading on PMI’s Manufacturing Equipment.
You will always be guided and provided with relevant training that will you make feel comfortable in your assigned tasks and grow professionally as well as personally.

As an intern, we count on you to achieve these following tasks:

• Participate in the innovation pipeline management standards development and the technology scouting process.
• Participate in the problem statement definition and the idea generation phase through the definition of a toolbox for the department.
• Help us to build supplier and technology database
• Support project lead on project management activities
