Your tasks

  • Provide research & intelligence, industry and company analysis
  • Preparation of transaction-related documents, pitch presentations and offers
  • Performing Valuations, Business and Financial Modelling
  • Support in current M&A, Financing, Valuations and Due Diligence engagements
  • Assistance in transaction processes management

Your profile

  • You have a strong interest in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance topics
  • Initial professional working experience gathered
  • About to or recently graduated with a Masters degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration or related
  • Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to use financial databases, research tools and new analytical tools. High affinity or strong interest in technological innovation in that respect.
  • Fluency in English and German, any additional language is an asset
