For our Brand Experience team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

INTERN MERCHANDISING MATERIAL

(M/F/X — 100%)

As Merchandising Material Intern, you will be supporting the printed materials and gifts department with the management of gifts, stationery and packaging material for HQ and global markets.

Start:October 2022

Duration: 6 Months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operational and administrative support with various projects within the Printed Material & Gifts department (contact suppliers for projects, purchase order creation, collaborate with design team, etc.)
• Market orders collection and support for all gifts, stationery, and packaging Items
• Cross functional coordination among different marketing department for custom projects
• Market analysis and presentation of merchandise items and packaging trends
• Lead communication with suppliers on certain projects
• SAP Platform logistical support
• Organize and coordinate shipments and transport orders
  
  

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
• Proactive thinker, hands-on mentality, agile and reactive
• Strong project management, organizational and time management skills
• Open and communicative and able to work in an international and challenging environment
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (SAP knowledge is an asset)
• Structured way of working, autonomous and detail oriented
• Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
