For our trade-marketing team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for anINTERN MARKETING
PRINTED MATERIAL (M/F/X — 100%)
As marketing printed material intern, you will be supporting the printed material department for all content and asset creation tasks.
Start: January 2022
Duration: 6 Months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of imagery and assets production for marketing department
- Cross functional coordination among different marketing department for imagery production
- DAM (data Asset Management) platform coordination and uploads
- Market orders collection and delivery support for all printed material
- Watch Archive project support
- Support in admin and various projects within the Printed Material department (sales folders creation, CRM cards, various manuals, etc.)
- Project management skills with a hands-on mentality
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Open and communicative and able to work in an international and challenging environment
- Strong organizational and resources management (time and budget) skills
- Structured, insistent and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details
- Proficient English language skills
