As the official customer portal, myBühler is the gateway to the digital services of the Bühler Group. In the role as Project Supporter you have the possibility to be part of a success story of our digital platform. Are you ready to support us and our customers and contribute to the success?

Tasks
  • Direct customer support (1st level). Solve and distribute requests and questions coming in from our customers worldwide.
  • Internal Support for SAS and BA’s (2nd level support). Support for our internal Business Units with questions regarding myBühler and training.
  • Operational tasks within myBühler
  • Monthly cleanup tasks
  • Translation Management
  • Testing of the application
  • Documentation
  • Content Maintenance. Updating and creating the content on myBühler.
  • Project work. Supporting the team in project work.

Required Qualifications
  • You did an apprenticeship as commercial employee
  • You have a certain flair for IT and you know the programs like MS Office, SAP ERP, SAP CRM, well
  • You also have a certain Process KnowHow (CS MATCH Process)
  • Languages: German & English, both fluent verbally and written
  • Excellent communication skills
