About The Job
  • Work with Creative team and external Designers to define what the brand looks and feels in all different environments (Swarovski stores, flagships, pop-ups, special projects)
  • Participate in design briefings and in setting up project timelines for concept and development phases
  • Design suitable solutions for specific stores (furniture, façade, installations) following the Creative Direction’s vision
  • Manage development of furniture design closely with Retail Architecture Engineering and Procurement, as well as with external stakeholders (furniture suppliers, lighting designers)
  • Ensure concepts and design elements are consistent in design language and aesthetics
  • Ensure right balance between design, function and costs is achieved in all rollout concepts and elements
  • Strengthen Retail Architecture through department communication and promotion of teamwork
About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following
  • University degree/ Education, preferably in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Passion for Design and Interior Architecture with a fantastic eye for detail
  • Team orientation and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills, German would be an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, CAD Programs (e.g., Vector Works, AutoCAD, 3D Rhino), basic skills in Photoshop and InDesign
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
