To support our Global Retail Operations department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an

INTERN RETAIL OPERATIONS (M/F/X — 100%)

In this challenging internship you are in a headquarters position and work closely with the local markets which gives an international dimension to this internship. In this position you will report directly to the Department Manager Retail Operations.

Start: August 1st, 2021

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing projects to improve international boutique operations from kick-off to execution
  • Set-up of different reportings and sharing them with the global markets
  • Ad-hoc analysis of the global Retail distribution network along main Retail KPIs
  • Analyzing, collecting, and sharing best practice implementation between all of IWC’s boutiques
  • Market analysis and preparation of executive management presentations
  • Supporting global implementation of quantitative and qualitative measures to enhance the IWC client experience
  • Organizing regular exchanges within the international Retail community of IWC
  • Initiating and implementing retail related projects, especially in the field of Retail Marketing and omnichannel activities

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales or similar field
  • First experience in the field of Sales / Retail / Marketing
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Dedicated and highly motivated individual with high affinity to our brand and strong enthusiasm for our products
  • Hands-On mentality and pro-active / strong customer service mindset
  • Very good computer knowledge and at ease with different software solutions, especially Excel (SAP knowledge is an asset)
  • Fluent in English, German or French would be a plus
