About the program:

About you:

We are looking to hire talented individuals who are in the course of Bachelor studies (third year), available to work part-time whilst continuing studies, full time during summer break and finish a 12-month assignment the following year.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. Passionate about the tech industry and with strong command of English.

  • Be part of GCO Streamers & creators category team, supporting Global Category Manager for global business management.

  • Build up a monitoring framework for market data and be responsible for update and insight sharing : The tracking system you are building will help us to monitor the brand performance and market trend in a more efficient way. Further to that, it will also indicate issue and opportunity in portfolio to facilitate the NPI discussion with BG

  • Category performance analysis: Deep-dive into category performance to provide clear fact-based insight to support category manager’s business discussion with regions, and align the action plan.

  • Lead the knowledge acquisition for new category: Apply data analysis , observational marketing and multiple consumer insight projects to build up a fundamental understanding of new category. Support category manager to build up a consumer-centric business plan.

  • Lead cross-functional work to establish X-category activation plan : test & learn , optimize and expand

  • Best Practice consolidation and re-implementation: share best practice to accelerate the new category development across markets

Key Qualifications:

  • Third year of Bachelors program in a relevant field such as business management, data analytics or marketing

  • Analytical skills

  • Agile with Google suite

  • Confident and proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach

  • Highly collaborative and excellent communication skills

  • Curious and autonomous with a strong sense of ownership and accountability to see things through to the finish line

  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations with confidence

  • Fluent English and at ease in multicultural and multifunctional environments
