If this is you, then sign yourself up to work with our Department Management Global Marketing Campaigns to grow, nurture and manage our @iwcwatches TikTok channel as…INTERN TIKTOK MARKETING(M/F/X — 100%)Start: May 2023Duration: 6 monthsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, optimize and execute strategy on TikTok

• Develop a 6 to 12-month strategy for @iwcwatches TikTok channel including (but not limited to) brand voice,

content types, content calendar and scheduling

• Optimize strategy in a timely manner to ensure that set KPIs are on-track
• Bi-weekly reporting on TikTok channel growth

Content production for TikTok

• Manage all content production related work for TikTok including liaising with internal/external

stakeholders, storyboarding, filming and editing where possibleGrowing and nurturing followers on TikTok

• Responsible for the sustainable growth of @iwcwatches TikTok channel
• Grow, nurture and manage the TikTok community for @iwcwatches

Identify, reach out, and collaborate with TikTok creators

• Manage end-to-end collaboration with TikTok creators including identifying, outreach, and content planning
• Ensure TikTok creators deliver content as planned and in a timely manner

YOUR PROFILE:

• Currently enrolled in, or a fresh graduate of an accredited university/college program at the time of application
• Proven track-record in growing TikTok channels and followership
• Experience in content production for TikTok (e.g. Adobe Premiere, CapCut)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Business fluent English skills are required, German or French is a plus
