For our Consumer- & Trade-Marketing Team at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for an

INTERN TRADE FAIR OPERATIONS

(M/F/X — 100%)

In this role you will be supporting the Senior Project Manager Trade Fairs in all relevant operational questions that occur during the preparation of W&W in Geneva.

Start: November 2021

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff-selection and preparation of contracts for hostesses and bar-personnel
  • Definition and Organization of kitchen-inventory
  • Planning of all logistical matters
  • Creation of manuals and guidelines
  • Accounting and controlling
  • De-Briefing and documentation
  • Decorations sourcing
  • Supplier administration
  • Hospitality planning

Your Profile

  • Bachelor- or Master studies with a business / hospitality background
  • Talent in organization and project management
  • Affinity and feel for numbers and Microsoft Excel
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Structured, insistent, and dainty way of working with a strong eye for details
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Proficiency in English, German and French language skills are a plus
  • Service-oriented mindset
