At Mantu, we strive to provide our candidates with the best possible recruitment experience. We like to get to know our candidates, challenge them, and be able to give them proper feedback as quickly as possible. Here’s what our recruitment process looks like:

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Mantu: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company. That is why we must adapt accordingly, and the process may differ slightly at times. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate’s shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.
We look forward to meeting you!

Job description

The objective of the Sustainable Performance department is to guarantee the financial health of the Group over the long term by identifying all sustainable sources of performance. Its action is manifested by the identification of all the group performance levers through the analysis of financial data and specific audits that can be carried out.

This action continues with the co-construction, in conjunction with the various Group departments, of internal rules and processes that can lead to both value creation and resource optimization.

It therefore constitutes both an alert system for management on any drift that could destroy value and a source of identification of all improvements in productivity and performance within the group.

This 100% independent department reports directly to Executive Management and has the following main challenges:

  • Identification of all group performance levers

  • Implementation and monitoring of all alerts related to performance standard deviations

  • Challenge & process improvement/correction to ensure sustainable performance

  • Optimization of the Group’s resources and profitability

As Group Performance Officer, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Analysis of group reporting and financial statements

  • The conduct of specific audits within an identified scope to identify deviations or new sources of value creation

  • The definition, in collaboration with the departments concerned, of the processes and corrective actions to be carried out

  • Monitoring the implementation of these corrective action plans

  • Identify actionable performance levers over the long term (sources of savings, value creation)

  • Highlighting all operational deviations that are sources of non-performance

  • The implementation of actions to improve project profitability

  • Ensure the optimization of our resources and the control of our costs at a group level

  • Participate in the budget development process by implementing recommendations

  • Participation in other cross-functional projects within the department

  • This description considers the major responsibilities and is not restrictive.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Graduated from a business school majoring in Corporate Finance, Master is preferable.
  • Meticulous, reliable, reactive, autonomous, and having a good capacity to work and communicate in teams.
  • A good ability to use the computer tools (Excel) is necessary, a first approach to process automation would be an asset.
  • Fluency in English and French. Another foreign language would be a plus.

"Mantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to promoting diversity within the workforce and creating an inclusive working environment. For this purpose, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, beliefs, age, marital status, disability, or other characteristics."
