International CRM Activation Performance Project ManagerAbout The Role
Within the International Client Marketing Department, the CRM Activation Performance Project Managerworks for the success of our Client Activation strategies and is part of the International Client Relations Team. The Person in charge will have a main focus on the measurement of outbound actions and designing recommendations to improve the CRM Activity.
In our Maison where excellence is a must, this role will be key to contribute to the optimization of worldwide CRM actions. The International Client Activation Performance Project Manager reports to the International Client Activation Manager.
Working very closely with the Campaign manager and Client Marketing teams, the position requires a strong analytics expertise, great understanding of central and local, omni channel CRM actions, as well as a passion for the luxury industry.
What You Can Expect
- Monitor Client Activation Campaigns. To do so, you will need to set campaign objectives in collaboration with Campaign Manager and the Marketing Teams. You will define, calculate and measure worldwide key performance indicators such as campaign reactivity, incremental sales, commercial pressure. You will build some reports in collaboration with the Client Data & Knowledge team.
- Analyze results and make recommendations to maximize and optimize the performance of the initiatives launched via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Indeed, one of the missions will be to select the relevant indicators in the performance tool, build relevant reports and presentations, then share it with all stakeholders. You will identify strategical and technical levers of improvement to boost performance embodying the Maison’s high luxury positioning.
- Be the referent on Client Activation performance systems.
- Leverage best practices at Cartier level and listen to external initiatives.
- Infuse a performance based mindset within the Maison
You have a strong analytics expertise, are curious about what engages with clients and looking for exciting position in a dynamic team.
Education
- Engineer, Statistical education or Business schools
- Experience in Campaign measurement for at least 3 to 5 years with a mandatory statistical background.
- Experience in CRM for a Premium Retailer using Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a global position is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Knowledge of an analytic tool such as SAP Analytics, Looker or Datorama is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills. Project Management experience is a must.
- Strong experience in multiple stakeholder’s management.
- Strong written communication skills – English proficiency is a must
