We would like to talk to you about a digital acceleration opportunity to join, for one year, our International Digital Operations Department, as International E-Com Category and Content Coordinator.

You will join the International e-Merchandising team who defines and implements the framework to optimize the Cartier.com product catalog discovery, enhance the client experience, ensure global consistency, and maximize conversion.

In this position, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting the website animation, in collaboration with many peers within the Intl. e-commerce team, Marketing-and-Communications teams and over 15 local e-com teams.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


Commercial Animation & Activation Support

  • Consolidate, and maintain, the E-com animation plan, in coherence with the Maison’s strategy
  • Create content briefs and related retro-planning, follow-up on status to reach internal alignment
  • Work transversally to ensure effective and timely operational implementation
  • Follow up with the local E-com teams on given product categories and related projects

Product & Services Action Plan Coordination

  • Understand Cartier’s strategy for given product categories: product mapping and specificities, launch plans, related campaigns and consolidate opportunities and impacts
  • Collaborate with the Intl. Marketing and Client peers and follow up on related digital priorities
  • Work hand in hand with the e-catalog operations, to translate optimizations into concrete Backoffice integrations, and track integration status

E-Catalog Evolutions and Digital Developments

  • Formulate evolution needs and follow up on related developments
  • Track issues and collaborate with support teams to resolve said issues
  • Support other digital peers on multiple UX and Features developments
  • Contribute to the eco-system evolution, and preparation, of a migration to a new platform

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a master’s degree with min. 2 years of experience in a related e-com, digital, or operational marketing role in an international environment
  • You possess a strong operational appetite and are comfortable in a changing environment
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You are solution oriented, with a great customer and retail mindset
  • You have an excellent command of PowerPoint. Knowledge of creative suite-Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus
  • knowledge of Power BI (Business Intelligence), GA (Google Analytics), Content Square is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and French
