Job Description
  • Represent group portfolio on International level
  • Be a Single Point Of Contact of the customers
  • Develop trusting relationships with the company’s major clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will benefit all parties
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Be profit-minded and customer oriented when it comes to difficult situations
  • Be in contact with all internal functions in order to better serve the customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and rules
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as key account manager in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills (also online), good command of English and German
  • Able to work independently in a start-up atmosphere
  • Be self-driven, ambitious, dynamic and able to perform under highly stressed situations
  • Solution oriented
  • Have high level influencing and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to travel when necessary
  • Office presence in Zug, Switzerland, is required
