We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our Client Marketing department as International Marketing Services Project Manager. In this role, as a key member of the Client Services Team you are involved in the development of the client services’ marketing strategy for the Maison.
You participate in defining the strategy and structure of the service offer & pilots the development and construction of the launch packages. You ensure the coordination between all the stakeholders (Product Marketing, Development, Communication, Management, and Markets) to develop favourable conditions for the success of the services, both in term of performance & image.
You report to the International Marketing Services Manager.


HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?



  • Contribute to the development of the Client Services Department strategy
  • Define & pilot the service launch plan (novelties & animations)
  • Manage the business of the Marketing Services
  • Ensure the monitoring, coordination & motivation of the subsidiaries
  • Managing resources and coordinates transversal project teams

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?



  • You have a master degree from a Business school or equivalent
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position, in Marketing and/or Client Services
  • You are curious about what engages with clients
  • You have a strong Marketing and/or Client expertise
  • You possess experience working in project mode, coordinating various department
  • You have the capability to interact with a wide variety of people
  • You are capable of handling various projects simultaneously, with high level of complexity
  • You possess strong organizational skills, you are rigorous and give attention to details
  • You have leadership skills and you are result-oriented
  • You are Client & Service-oriented
  • You possess excellent communication skills
  • You are able to set and articulate a strategic vision
  • You speak English & French fluently
