This role is part of the International Multi - Channel Engagement (MCE) Analytics team, which provides marketing insights to our leaders and focuses on process efficiency, through data analysis. Turning data into insights requires to deal with tons of information, (un)structured, quantitative, qualitative data, coming from various sources and functions. You will have to make sense of it by investigating and interpreting data. Making it impactful will result from your ability to tell your story in a complex organization.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis including scoping (workshop organization, assumptions/hypothesis definition), collecting data, analysing, recommending, and advocating
  • Provide guidance on every data aspect, from capture to enrichment, and from availability to privacy
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities based on data and usage, and gain support for your ideas
  • Act as an expert in the descriptive analytics landscape, and open to more advanced analytics projects
  • Partner with affiliates and central marketing teams to highlight MCE capabilities best practices
  • Closely collaborate with MCE Data Integrators
  • Support our transformation journey to make Lilly a fully data-driven company

Requirements
  • Prior experience (7 years minimum) in data and analytics across variety of projects such as reporting, dashboard development, exploratory data analysis, segmentation, forecasting, predictive modelling, optimization
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Game changer mindset, challenge the status quo
  • Self-starter
  • Critical thinking, synthesizing
  • Ability to leverage standard platforms (Google Analytics, Veeva)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of marketing principles and processes
  • Business process and data modelling
  • Technical skills: SQL, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
